What is ReadyFestive?

Welcome to ReadyFestive! We curate and deliver decorations for the holidays and seasons you love—whether they’re for your home, vacation home, or business! 

We source from makers large and small, with the goal of finding the most on-trend, quality decorations and festive items— that you would otherwise have to purchase from several different stores— and bring them all to one convenient location: your ReadyFestive box! It is our mission to surprise, inspire and help you prepare for the holiday—however that looks for you—so that you can stress less and festive more!

How many holidays/seasons do you offer? How much is each box?

We are not a monthly or quarterly subscription—that’s not very festive! Sign up for *only* the holiday and seasonal boxes you want to receive (minimum of 3 boxes per year). 

We offer 14 boxes total: 4 seasons and 10 holidays. 

SEASONS: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter

HOLIDAYS: Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, New Year’s Eve

Mix and match across our 3 box sizes/price points for your chosen holidays/seasons. For example, you can select the Mini box for St. Patrick’s Day and the Deluxe box for Christmas.

Each box includes a range of 4 to 10+ items, depending on box size. Our promise is that the total retail value of the items in the box will always be equal to or higher than the total retail value of the items if you were to go out and source them individually at various stores (but, we’ve saved you the time!)

How does it work? Do I get to choose what comes in my box? (YES!)

To start, you will take a simple 5-question Style Quiz to curate your decor style and select what items you’d prefer in each box. Then, you will select which holidays and seasons you would like to receive, and the box size you’d like for each.

One month prior to each holiday or season’s box shipping date (see Calendar) we open our box customization, where you can choose your favorite decor collection and products. We offer multiple style collections and product “mixes” for each holiday/season (ex: we have four Fall box collections: Farmhouse, Neutral, Classic & Cozy; within those collections, we have boxes curated for a living room area, a dining room area and a “mix” that covers multiple areas of the home.)

Once the box customization process opens, you can choose to upgrade, downgrade or cancel/skip your box. You will be billed at the time that you reserve your box. Your box will then ship according to our Calendar. 

Don’t have time to choose a box, or want to be surprised? No worries! We will use your Style Quiz selections to select the perfect box for you!

What all comes in the box? Why do I need this service?

You will be able to choose the theme/collection *and* the decor items that you want to receive for the holidays/seasons you sign up to receiveyou will only be surprised if you want to!

How does payment/billing work?

Our convenient, flexible “Pay As You Go” billing option means you will be billed at the time that you choose/reserve your box for each holiday/season on your plan.  Your ReadyFestive box subscriptions automatically renew each year. You can add or skip/cancel a box at any time in My Account prior to the Cancel By cut-off date as noted in The Calendar.

When does customization open? When will my box ship? When do I need to cancel a box by?

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $12 for Mini size boxes, $15 for Standard size boxes, and $22 for Deluxe size boxes. The shipping rates for Shop products vary by product.

We are a small business and while we wish we could cover the cost of shipping, it is simply not possible for us to do so and remain in business. Thank you for your understanding! 

We currently ship within the U.S. only. We are able to ship to APO units.

What happens if an item in my box arrives damaged?

Please inspect your box upon reception and contact us immediately if there is a broken or defective item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you: [email protected]. We typically offer to send a replacement item (pending availability) or issue you a credit/refund.

What is the return policy?

Due to the level of customization that we offer, we do not accept returns, and always recommend re-gifting any unused items from your box. However, your feedback is very important to us; if you are not 100% satisfied with the contents of your box, please share your comments in our box follow-up survey and/or email us at [email protected].

How do I cancel a box or my entire plan?

If you want to cancel a single holiday/season box, please refer to our Calendar for the Cancel By date for a particular holiday/season. If you want to cancel your entire ReadyFestive plan, we’re sorry that you are not feeling the festive. You can cancel a box or your entire plan in My Account, or you can email us at [email protected] to help. We want to know how we can improve ReadyFestive and would appreciate any feedback you can share with us HERE.
