What is ReadyFestive?
Welcome to ReadyFestive! We are a subscription box service for holiday and seasonal home decorations, traditions and experiences. We’re here to help you feel ready for the holidays and seasons you love. First we learn about you, your decorating style and the types of products you would like to receive. Then, you choose your holidays and/or seasons, and leave the work to us! We deliver your personalized boxes straight to your doorstep, so all you have to do is unbox and enjoy.
Which holidays and seasons do you offer boxes for?
We offer boxes for 4 seasons (for non-holiday specific decor): Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter
And 8 holidays: Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, July 4th, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas
What are the subscription plans? How much is each box?
We offer 3 subscription plans: 3, 6 or 10 boxes per year. You can mix and match your boxes between holidays and seasons. You can also add singular boxes to any of these subscription plans via our “a la carte” option.

What's in the box? How many items do you include?
Each ReadyFestive box is unique and custom curated for you based on your feedback in our Questionnaire. We typically include 7-10 items per box, and we are here to:
• Surprise you with new, on-trend decor to mix in with your existing holiday/seasonal collection
• Help you by including the items that you need year after year
• Inspire you to make (and keep!) new holiday memories and traditions
ReadyFestive is here to help save you time… so that you can put out the cute kitchen towel, light the perfect candle, hang the fresh mistletoe (yup, we send that, too!), craft, or bake something festive… and do it all without leaving the house.
Most of our items make perfect gifts, too—so you never have to show up empty handed!
WHAT IS THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCTS IN THE BOX?
Although each box is unique, the average total retail value per box is $100+.
IS THERE ONLY ONE BOX SIZE?
For now, we offer one box size only. We would love to hear from you if you are interested in a larger box with more products and/or outdoor products. Send us a note with your thoughts at info@readyfestive.com.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR PRODUCTS?
We source from many different vendors and makers, large and small. Our goal is to find on-trend, quality products that you would purchase from several different stores, and bring them all to one convenient location—your ReadyFestive box! We source Female and American made products wherever possible. If you have suggestions or if you are a maker interested in sharing your products with us, please email us at info@readyfestive.com.
CAN I BUY OR REQUEST A SPECIFIC PRODUCT THAT I SAW AT A FRIEND’S HOUSE OR ON INSTAGRAM?
Yes, you can request a specific product when you subscribe and complete our Questionnaire; please note that requested products are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. We do not offer single product purchases at this time.
DO YOU OFFER HOLIDAY AND SEASONAL WREATHS?
Yes, we do offer holiday and seasonal wreaths! Our wreaths are advertised, priced and delivered separately from our boxes. Be sure to join our email list to receive our wreath offerings.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? WHAT IF SOMETHING ARRIVES BROKEN?
We do not accept returns and always recommend re-gifting items—we want you to be ready with that perfect holiday party hostess gift! However, your feedback is important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with the contents of your box, please share your feedback in the follow-up survey and/or email us at info@readyfestive.com. If an item arrives broken please email us: info@readyfestive.com. We will either send a replacement (pending availability) or refund you for the item.
HOW DOES BILLING WORK AND WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
You have two options for billing:
Pay Upfront
Pay for your subscription for the year at the time of check out. You can change a box that you are signed up to receive as long as it is before the cut-off date for each respective holiday/season. (see table below)
Pay As You Go (Coming Soon)
Pay for each subscription box as it ships out for that holiday or season (please see table below for specific dates.) You can still change a box that you are signed up to receive as long as it is before the cut-off date for each respective holiday or season.
What are order by cut-off dates? When will my box ship?
The cut-off or order by date for any holiday or season is the 20th of the month prior to the holiday month. Boxes always ship on approximately the 25th of the month prior to the holiday month. Standard shipping is approximately 3 business days. For example: Christmas is on December 25th; the Christmas box order by date is November 20th, the Christmas box ships on November 25th, and arrives around November 28th. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently only ship within the continental United States through U.S.P.S., and not to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the country.
Will I be able to make changes to my subscription plan?
Yes! You can make changes to your subscription, such as adding a box or changing the holiday/season you are subscribed to, by emailing us at info@readyfestive.com. In the event that you want to change the holiday/season you are subscribed to, you have until the 20th of the month your box is supposed to ship to change it.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, your subscription plan is set-up to auto-renew each year. You can always change the number of boxes that you want to receive, and the holidays and seasons that you want to receive.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re sorry that you are not satisfied with you subscription. Please email us at info@readyfestive.com about cancelling your subscription. We want to know how we can improve ReadyFestive and would appreciate any feedback you can share with us.
Yes! We have two gifting options: Gift 1 Box (which is a surprise to the recipient) or Gift a Subscription of 3, 6 or 10 boxes (which allows the recipient to take the Questionnaire and customize their boxes.) The gifting order by and shipping dates are the same as subscriptions. Please refer to the table above in Billing & Shipping.
