We open our box customization feature for subscribers 1 month+ prior to each holiday/season's shipping date, per our calendar. For each box you can choose your favorite themes *and* the products that you want to receive. You will be billed on each respective holiday/season's bill date, per our calendar. You can always choose to be surprised; we'll use your Style Quiz selections to curate the perfect box for you!
Yes! You can skip/cancel any singular box or pause/cancel your subscription. You can also add/remove boxes, upgrade/downgrade your box size, and change the theme/box you've selected for a particular holiday or season--just be sure to check out the cut-off dates outlined in our Calendar.
