First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters to us most. Our items are seasonal but we will accept returns if you order something from us and you don’t absolutely love it out of the box. You can return any item or subscription box to us by notifying us in writing within 7 days of delivery and physically returning the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund (or store credit?). Subscription boxes must be returned in their entirety and no single item can be returned from a subscription box unless it is defective or damaged. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. If we made a mistake, we’ll take care of it! Once we have a photo of the damage and verify that it is defective, we’ll immediately send a replacement. And don’t worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement.
The fastest way to get a replacement for a damaged item is to reply to your order confirmation email or to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the damage and a picture. From there, we will take care of you!
Our return policy covers up to 14 days after delivery. If you’ve decided you don’t like what you ordered just send it back within 14 days of delivery date. As long as it’s postmarked/shipped within 14 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we’ll be able to make a full refund to your original payment method. RETURN LABEL PRINTABLE OR IN THE PACKAGE?
Ship the product(s) to our distribution center at 13312 Drews Lane, Potomac, MD 20854 with Attention: Returns. We do not cover return shipping for standard, undamaged/defective returns.
Include the original packing slip or a note indicating the order number, items you’re returning, and reason for return.
Once we receive the product(s) in acceptable condition, we will process a refund you, usually within 14 days.
After the process is complete, you will be sent a refund confirmation e-mail.
Because our items are seasonal, exchanges can only be made for select items. Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com to see if the item can be exchanged and if we have the replacement item in stock. Because inventory changes seasonally, and items can take several business days to process through our returns, we can’t guarantee availability of desired exchange products. The easiest way to exchange an item is to simply send your product back as a return but marked Attn: Exchanges and place a new order for the desired product online. We will credit the exchange order shipping charge once we receive the returned items.
